This is a picture of my Great Grandma Anna Maria (Mary) and Great Grandfather Heinrich
Ahrens's farm house on 195 Acres. Then Anna Crum and Herman Ahrens bought The Ahrens farm and moved there. Then
after the death of Grandma Anna Crum Ahrens in 1942 the Ahrens farm went to Uncle Henry. When Uncle Henry retired,
he sold the farm to my first cousin Mervin Ahrens. Uncle Henry lived with Mervin and Margie Ahrens until he died in
1970. Mervin and Margie Ahrens had 4 children. Mervin and Margie Ahrens are retired on the farm. Their son David
Edward Ahrens farms the land now. David & Brenda lived close by. They have 2 children. 5 generations
of the Ahrens family have lived on the farm. The farm has been in the Ahrens family over one hundred and fifty years.
